Renewable Energy-Pellet Fuel In 21st Century

BY James Wang

Pellet fuel is the ideal fuel for the 21st century. This is so because the burning of fossil fuel leads to the emission of carbon dioxide that causes serious damage to the environment. On the other hand, the pellet fuel is carbon neutral. The term carbon fuel means that the tree absorbs the same amount of carbon that it will give off when it is burnt and thus there will be no addition in to the amount of carbons dioxide in the atmosphere. Wood pellets and wood are solar energy in stored form.

For very many years, different people from across the world have been burning wood to produce energy for heating and cooking purposes. The increased use of pellet fuel in the 21st century has also been caused by the availability of pellet making machine. Pellet fuel which is sourced from biomass can be described as modern wood heating form that has higher potential of cutting carbon dioxide emissions than all the other renewable energy sources that are currently available. Through the use of sustainable and carbon neutral source of fuel such as the pellet fuel in homes, the emissions of carbon dioxide to the atmosphere can be drastically reduced.

In addition to conserving the environment, the pellet fuel will also save you money. In fact, most people prefer pellet fuel because its price does not fluctuate like that of the crude oil and gas in the international market. As the world population continues to grow while resources are decreasing, the only wise option is turning to the renewable sources of energy such as pellet fuel. The use of pellet fuel will go a long way in conserving our forests. The raw materials that go to the pelletizer or pellet mill are the woodwork waste such as sawdust. There is no clearing of forests in search of biomass for making pellets.
